Integrated Management Thinking (IMT)
Overview
As the most advanced program in our Mini-MBA series, IMT is designed for senior managers looking to sharpen their leadership and strategic thinking skills, handle new scenarios and help their organization grow intelligently. It starts by having you look at your current business model for both the short and long term. What kind of revenue plan makes sense given your resources, capabilities, restrictions and market opportunities? Have you got the talent to grow efficiently and robustly? What role will innovation play? What does a resilient, industry-leading business model look like and how does yours compare?
