Executive Development Course (EDC) - Montreal
Overview
Regarded as a mini-MBA, this flagship program for managers condenses the key topics of leading MBA programs into nine high-impact days. It is designed to boost your career success through a comprehensive understanding of the pillars of business: strategy, marketing, accounting, negotiations and people skills.
As the “rules of the game” are changing in almost every corporate functional area, this learning experience offers timely exposure to new techniques, tools and trends. Celebrating its 62nd year, many organizations consider EDC a requirement for those moving into general management. The format fits well with the workday of busy executives. Participants have the choice of taking this as a stand-alone course, or continue their learning pathway with follow-up courses that offer even further depth and strategic perspectives: Advanced Management Course and Integrated Management Thinking.
