It has been created specifically for those in an executive role looking for a world-class leadership development experience.

Each day focuses on the acquisition of key leadership disciplines with an applied view. Projects tackle real issues, ‘friendly consulting’ gives you experienced advice from fellow participants and a quality faculty team guides the development of your leadership agenda back in the organization. Who Should Attend

Candidates are asked to complete an application process and typically hold the role of Chairman, CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Senior/Executive Vice President. The program is enriched by a cross-section of industries and a diverse range of large to small firms.

Program in Detail

This blended, action-oriented program features three hours of one-on-one coaching with a professor before the face-to-face session. You will come into the main session with a road map to achieve your learning priorities. Over five days you will gain exposure to a team of professors, visiting CEOs and a consulting exchange with fellow participants. Small group work, real issue projects, best practice study and reflection sessions add immediate value from start to finish. After the program, a one hour coaching and advising session will take place with each delegate to review application and outcomes, help implement your plan of action and achieve your metrics.
