Advanced Leadership Program (ALP): The Next Generation in Executive Development

ALP is a unique forum for leadership development rooted in organizational development. Companies send a team of 5-6 executives who bring to the program a key issue or strategic challenge facing their organization. These teams work with each other to resolve the issue, initiate change and ultimately transform the organizations they work for. Participants develop leadership capabilities through interactive learning sessions and through coaching on their individual action plans.
